Sales Manager - International (Chinese)

Job Summary: Sales and Coordinating with International Division to accomplish setting up International Business Unit as well as performing all sales activities in assigned market to achieve the maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Primary Relationships: This position reports to the Executive Director. Outside the company, the position coordinates with potential customer groups.


Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales of luxury property to achieve international sales targets while ensuring high quality of customer service
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads and supporting International Business Unit (IBU)
  • Being a team player as well as individually as this persons will be working as part of a team with International Business Unit (IBU)
  • Manage and support client’s requirements, contracts, etc
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned
  • Create and maintain all customer records and information in Customer Relation Management System
  • Approaching potential customers and retaining existing customers
  • Preparing product presentations for clients

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 year experience in residential sales is plus
  • Fluency in Chinese (all skills). Prefer bilingual or native speaker.
  • Good in English communication, both written and spoken
  • Ability to prioritizes and manage number of task assignments and job files efficiently
  • An integrated manner to bring harmony in carrying out the different activities and tasks to achieve the organization goals efficiently
  • Very good personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to traveling overseas for roadshow/exhibition
  • Having a capability of initiative
  • Ability to work during the weekend

Other:

  • Experience in the real estate business is desirable (Leasehold)
  • Ability to communicate in Thai is an advantage
