En-Route to Taipei
Four Seasons Private Residences debuts in Taipei as one of the most successful Thai projects to launch in Taiwan.
As Asia’s first waterfront Four Seasons Private Residences, Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River project has been readily embraced across the region. Offering sophisticated owners the high standards reminiscent of the finest hotel suites in the world, the philosophy behind the project extends to every detail and provides a service-rich experience where living is as leisurely as it is luxurious.
This philosophy has resonated with buyers across the continent, including those in Taipei, as was evidenced by a recent roadshow held in partnership with Master Real Estate. Considered as one of the most successful Thai projects launched in Taipei, Country Group Development hosted a press conference in Taiwan’s capital that was attended by twenty senior journalists from the country’s most respected newspapers, magazines and websites.
Country Group Development CEO, Ben Taechaubol, introduced members of the press to the Chao Phraya Estate project, which received very favourable feedback from the media regarding the scope and significance of the development for Thailand, and the region as a whole.
Following the press conference, a private preview was held at Quube, an upscale rooftop lounge at the newly opened Le Méridien Taipei, which helped further familiarise attending media and invited VIP guests with the luxury lifestyle on offer while supporting ongoing sales activities catered towards wealthy Taipei residents.
